Franklin Toole is the Secretary/Treasurer here at Toole Surveying Company with professional land surveying registration in Georgia and South Carolina. He was the original founder of Toole Surveying Company in 1970. Franklin has over 50 years of experience in the land-surveying field. He is responsible for meeting with clients in order to determine the scope of work and the most productive way to reach the clients goal; Review of database maps for quality control purposes; Review internal processes and lend experience to other members of the company to help solve boundary issues.
